I live in a 98% latin community of about 100,000...I now have a 225 sq ft store on a pretty busy street..what?

What should I open there since its so small...rent is $450 per month. A. Travel agency B. Raspado shop C. Clothing store D. other...please specify. please remember that some ideas require more capital than others...I dont have much. The place is in sothern california. so surrounding communities also have high latino populations. thanks.

2. I would open a business that sells necessities, not optional goods. Think what item or service will cover your rent quickly, then keep making a profit.
