What is the best place in california to live for a single 25 year old single male?

1. Depends on what type of scene you like but any one of the big cities in CA would be good: San Francisco, Los Angeles, or San Diego. I think San Diego is the best out of all of them for a young male. I'm 24 and live in SD and love it. The weather is the best, the beach scene and culture is great, the nightlife is great, and there is always something to do year round. And the women here are gorgreous and the people are nice, friendly, and laid back overall. The cost of renting or buying or a home is high but everything else is about the same so it's worth it. You're also close to Orange County, LA, Mexico and Las Vegas for weekend or day trips. LA is a really cool city too but depending on what type of crowd you hang out with the people can be a bit lame, mainly the wanna be hollywood losers. But overall I like the city, it is so big and there is always something to do. SF is a really cool and vibrant city too. It's very urban and unlike any other west coast city b/c it is so dense and compact. Lot's to see and do there. The people in the Bay Area are great, I was born and raised there, but some of the people in SF can be pretty lame and not to mention the women there are pretty broke looking. The east bay has the best people and many people in SF are either dirty hippies or stuck up pretentious snobs. I would go with SD b/c it has a really young vibe to it, the hottest women, and the best atmosphere for a young single.
