What are the best places to get a tattoo in Southern California?

Not LA Ink I'm not okay with a three year waiting list. And if what I would like to get done matter its lilies vines and lettering on my back and sparrows on my hips the sparrow will be a cover up. I do not have these drawn out and I will most likely need the artist to do it before hand. Price does not matter. If you need more details just let me know.

2. try the one on melrose they have really chill and professional people also, they use extremely sterile material, so you wont get an infection. it is a little bit on the pricey side, but as you said, price does not matter to you
