Place to watch new years countdown online?

Is there a website somewhere where I can watch the new years countdown in ny times square (dick clark's rockin', cnn's ac, etc.)? Doesn't have to be live since I live on the West Coast. On new year's eve, I will be at a place without tv and will only have my computer with me! Thanks.
