What is the best city in the United States to live in, and why?

1. hollywood because there are great actors and that they made very good movies
2. new york or something, no hurricanes, no earthquakes
3. Depends on what you are looking for to define "best." Here are a couple websites that offer both smaller communities and large cities, along with reasons why they are the "best." The data are from 2007, but the reasons are still pretty valid, in my opinion. Have fun looking through these.
4. Colorado Springs, CO. Clean air, Rocky Mountains, lots of outdoor activities, dynamic college town, I picked here to retire after living all over this country plus Mexico. Vibrant economy -except like the USA, hurting a little now. Excellent doctors and hospitals.
5. Honolulu, Hawaii... hands down
6. The best city in the United States to live in is Carlifornia and it is because it has one of the lowest unemployment rate and crime rate.
