Is Medical Care in the three big cities such as Vancouver,Toronto better than smaller cities such as?

Is Medical Care in the three big cities such as Vancouver,Toronto, Montreal better than smaller cities such as Ottawa, London? I meant the great doctors, the more professional skilled, and well-known doctors? Thanks

1. Big cities. Most small towns will ship patients to big cities when they need major surgery or a professional to help with cancer etc.
2. You will always find more selection of doctors, especially specialists in a larger city. You will also find better access to facilities in a larger city.
3. Depends on the preference of the doctor. Family doctors can go either way in big cities, it just depends on where they want to live. Specialists tend to gravitate towards the larger cities.
4. no not really, smaller cities have good hospitals too...they'll transfer patients if they need the specialty..i.e. brain injury, burn unit etc..
