The best place to live and why?

I want to live somewhere that is always warm, but the humidity is not too bad. I always loved going to Phoenix. I don't care if the weather is over 100 degrees as long as its not too humid. I currently live in Ohio, and I hate it. Winter is the worst. My boyfriend and I have always discussed moving to a warmer area but can never decide on the best place to go.
