Where is the best place to live (Maybe 100 points or more)?

How can I give you 100 points, Well that means if I like your area, I will ask more questions and if you get the best answer. That means I like the area, which you know a lot about!!! That means when I ask questions about your area, that makes your the best person to answer my question. This means that you have best answer.Believe me If you get best answer, you can count on more questions. I want to relocate and start my business /organization, and I will need people to hire, Name the city, state , and rate it on a scale from 1 being the worse to 10 being the best If you can only answer a few, thats fine. I just want a wealthy section. I perfer to live in a town with poor, middle class, and wealthy. Because the poor are usually more "down to earth" Middle class can be like both. 2. Your question seems to imply that you are only looking at the USA, but I think from the criteria you consider important that AUS might be just what you are looking for. I live in Melbourne in the state of Victoria and more specificaly in the shire of Yarra Ranges. I have seen most of the USA and there is nothing that comes close there.
3. I don't like where I live I visited Seattle, Washington it was awesome not sure about about all the costs of everything though
