What is the best place to live Florida or California or somewhere else?

I live in Portugal and right now i am freezing... of course is not like the northern countries, snow is very rare here, but i hate cold weather, specially winters. I love sun, warm, hot summer everydays. I would like to know if there is a place in The US or other that has warm weather all year round and with good schools and public transportation if possible...and of course the disadvantages..thanks

2. Depending on what you're looking for. If you want night life, young people all year long and the beach, then Miami can be a good choice. Orlando is nice as well, receiving a lot of tourists due to the attraction parks. If you're looking for a quieter place, then counties like Polk and Suwannee are great places, quiet and warm. Lakeland and Pembroke Pines are also nice medium-sized towns. One thing for sure: the weather is not the one of Europe, any place where you decide to live.
