What are some touristy places to visit in Nevada, Arizona, or New Mexico?

I will be driving down from Reno NV to Dallas TX and passing through Arizona and New Mexico on the way. (more specifically, Flagstaff AZ and Albuquerque NM). I'll be stopping in Vegas and the Grand Canyon on the way down but was wondering what other cities might be worth visiting on my road trip?
