where are places for gymnastics in arizona to practice safely with a friend?

my friend and i want to go mess around doing tricks we do he does martial arts i was trained by my cousin who is a gymnastics teacher....a place with foam pits padded flooring and such

1. Take a look in your phone book and call your local gymnastics clubs. Most clubs have Open Gym times - usually about 2 hours on a Saturday - when you can come in and work out on your own. A coach is usually there to supervise and will sometimes spot you if you ask.

3. here is a website with a list of all the gyms in arizona http://www.azgym.net/directory.htm i know that american is now closed. also north valley gymnastics just opened in scottsdale and summit gymnastics in flagstaff. most of those gyms have open gym where you just fill out a form and pay like 5 to 10 dollars to get in and its usually 2 hours normally on saturday. hope that helps
