Public Comments

  1. Portland, Oregon. It's like young people capital of America, and it's one of my top 5 favorite cities in America (4th favorite, Seattle is first, and I've been to every state).
  2. Like the other person said, Portland has so many young people, and San Luis Obispo in CA is like a college town, so all young people basically.
  3. I can't offer a "best" state, but i can suggest eliminating California from consideration. The recession has hit California harder than most other states. As a young person starting out you will find it extremely expensive. Jobs are almost nonexistent, and finding work would be frustratingly difficult. Since for the past 4 years in a row more people have moved OUT of California than moved in it's clearly not the place to start off your life.
