where to go in these European cities for fun?

Me and my friends are going to Paris, Madrid, Rome, and Amsterdam this summer on our own before going off the college. What are some great places to see and things to do other than the big tourist spots?

1. well, ive only been to Paris but to me my favorite things were the Chanse leeze ( i have absolutely no idea how 2 spell that) that's definitely the place to go if you love Fashion...and of course the Eiffel tower. i also enjoyed Versia(again no idea how 2 spell.....) but castles and fashion were definitely the top 2 things on my list....
