1. Well if you love to power trip, smack people around, take bribes, and maybe kill a wife or two, come on down to Chicago. We'd love to have you!
2. You would need to decide where you really want to live and work, everyone will have a biased opinion according to where they work. Maybe choose a few that you would be interested in, then if you can, go for some ride alongs and choose for yourself. As far as who needs help...well we all do! Budget cuts are rampant right now in my area for sure. We don't have nearly enough officers, but not enough funding to get more!
