Looking for 55+ retirement community in the Kansas City area, please help?

My aunt has asked me to do a little research for her. She's a woman in her early fifties, and she is looking into a 55+ community in the next few years in the Kansas City, Mo. area. She is looking for something with single-family homes or condos, not apartments, and for a place that does things like maintain your yard, shovel the snow, etc. Any help would be appreciated, there's so much information out there to slog through!
