Where in the world would you say is the best place to live, financially?

Since the world is already in Rescission, where in the world would you say is the good place to live, without paying the Banks heaps of money? I live in Australia and far as I know it, we are already paying banks so much money that they don't even deserve!

1. Nowhere Lol everywhere you go there are financial institutions-- though we hate it we have to endure it to survive. (banks and stuff)
2. I'm not entirely sure but apparently luxembourg has the highest income per capita.
