What are some small overcast cities near Seattle WA?

Im writing a book and i want a small overcast city near Seattle WA. I have already considered Rochester but its too small. Any suggestion is appreciated.

2. Redmond. Its about 18 miles from Seattle and it is not huge, but it's definatly not super small. Bainbridge Island. It's not a city, but it's an island in puget sound. It's really cute and quaint. You can take like a 30 minute ferry to Seattle. Woodinville. ALso about 18 miles away. its smaller than redmond, but not too small.
