1. ever heard of a porcelin vaneer? it's basically a mold made that attaches to your broke tooth that makes the took whole again and it looks amazing real even if you looked at it closely you wouldnt be able to tell your tooth ever broke, they cost about $5,000 and last 15 years or longer, but the good news is there is something called composite bonding that is only $100 - $140 and any dentist can do it in only one visit to the dentist it's painless and it looks like your real tooth, also, and it last as long as a $5,000 porcelin vaneer except it can stain easier, but i had 4 of them done on my front teeth a year ago and i smoke over a pack of cigarettes everyday along with drinking soda everyday and they havent stained, no where will fix the tooth for free but hey $140 max to fix it to look new is a great deal, just call a dentist and aske them about it im sure they will tell you what you want to hear, go to yahoo or google and look up composite bonding
2. Call medicaid and see if you qualify. There might be a free dental clinic or school in Madison. If you have a social worker(s)he might be able to work something out with a dentist in Lodi. If all else fails....ask any church. Some Dentist that goes there might take pity on you if you sign a waver of responsibility. A Dr. in our church took a whole family for Christmas. 3. Rub, pinch and massage the most painful points at the tips of your fingers... It will diminish the pain in your mouth if it doesn't stop it! The more you do this, the more you will help the pain in the mouth and this is not dangerous at all. It is called "reflexology" and since this is where the reflex points for the teeth and gums are, this is what you can do... I really wish I could help you more right now!
