- Toronto is the largest city in Canada and provincial capital of Ontario.
- It is up to your mother and the teaching association she belongs to to organize this matter. I can guarantee you that the number of years' experience she has, though helpful, will not guarantee her a position. She would have to write provincial exams in order to qualify as a teacher. Before you start asking about what the best city in Ontario would be, she would have to apply to immigrate to Canada first. Her qualifications as a teacher in Lebanon will certainly help her to qualify to come here but, as I said, cannot guarantee that she will qualify. I can understand you want to help your mother and that is very commendable but, really, she will be the one that needs to check around. You may think that Toronto is a good place to go, for instance, but she may not agree. She may think a different city in Ontario, like Ottawa, Kingston or Hamilton may be better options.
