What place in USA is the best place for a single woman to live and work?

What place in USA is the best place for a single woman to live and work? who's in her mid-20's? and why is that city/place the best?

1. It's going to be the bigger cities of course. More people will equal more chance of other single people around. Bigger city = larger job opportunities. I know Charlotte, North Carolina is a great place for both things: being single and work. They come out with lists of top 10 cities in US to be single and live. I think San Francisco, New York City, and D.C. are on there.
2. New York City, New York or Chicago, Illinois or Boston, Massachussets, or Atlanta, Georgia or Miami Florida. If you were me, I would choose one of those cities.
3. HOuston, TX! Ha, I love my city. Well, there's plenty of jobs, great nightlife, tons of things to do. FYI-Im also in mid 20's
