Why are the Best Cities for Jobs all in Texas?

Forbes and ABC list the following 5 cities as the best cities for job creation. 1. Austin, TX 2. Houston, TX 3. San Antonio, TX 4. Fort Worth, TX 5. Dallas, TX What is Texas doing that the rest of the country is not?

5. No state tax, plenty of football, and the best damn women in the world.
6. The three big industries that are growing in the economy right now: education, health care, and natural resources (particularly oil) are being capitalized in Texas (especially oil). Liberal cities like Seattle and Portland made the top ten list (you didn't mention that) but Texan cities were able to to make top 5 because of natural resources which many blue states don't have.
