Best Cities in Ontario for educational jobs (full time)?

My mom works a physics secondary teacher for 23 years...she was educated outside canada and works outside canada. We want to move to a city in ontario that has good jobs and high incomes...i cant find any online...hope someone knows any schools that need physics teachers.we are looking for 3 bedroom apartments too

1. best bet would be toronto, although montreal has a shortage of teachers.
