which cities have best public transportation in the US.plan 2 move and have suspended licens?

Helloo web world. I have suspended licence for sometime and I plan on moving out of my home town. which major cities have good public transportation in the US besides NY. A big part of where i may choose to go will be because of this. A top 5 will be helpful I will appreciate it.

1. My votes- Chicago and DC both have excellent systems (Chicago is second to NYC) Huston has a rail system. San Francisco/ San Jose/ Oakland has a few options for getting around. BART is the subway through San Fran and the Light Rail is the train that takes you above ground with frequent stops. Make sure you can find a place to live with a suspended license. Not sure what the laws are on that....
