What is the best state to live in?

Me and my hubby are thinking about moving, he wants to move to Ohio cause that is where his family is but I am not sure yet. I would like to know what you think the best state to live in is based on cost of living, and good neighborhoods and schools, but overall financial.

2. Ohio is a place I highly recommend!
3. Spent two weeks in Ohio on vacation several years ago. Not too much to do, but it is pretty country and peaceful. I live in the state of confusion but I can't find it on a map.
4. I have been to numerous states on vacation, and there is not place better than up north Michigan in the summer. But, if I were you I would move to California or Arizona, maybe Florida.
