Where are the healthiest places to live in America?

I'm asking this question from the perspective of someone with health issues who is looking for a place to move to - clean air, good lifestyle, etc. Remember the old days when they told those ailing to move to the country - or to dry heat? I'm looking for the modern version. Please be as descriptive as possible! thanks!!!!!

The AARP ranks ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN as the "Healthiest Hometown" due in part to the availability of healthcare, options for living an active lifestyle, and the number of fit people who choose to live there. Of course, their second choice was HONOLULU, HAWAII ... which only goes to show that being number 1 isn't all it is cracked up to be.
