TOP 10 places to live (while young)?

i want to go somewhere exotic and fun. Somewhere where i can just be relaxed and enjoy myself, and get a good job. (ANY WHERE) I dont want nothing about no damn nebraska, or stupid stuff.. I really wanna know some serious opinions.

1. This is so completely a matter of your preferences. I happen to like Nebraska. Obviously you don't, but that does not make my opinion stupid, nor does it make Nebraska any less of a nice place to live. If you really want some helpful suggestions (as opposed to "stupid" ones), how about telling us a little bit more about yourself - do you like cities (big, medium, small), rural areas, mountains, coasts, near water like a lake, hot, cold. What kind of job are you interested in? What do you consider enjoyable? How do you like to relax? What is exotic or fun for you - nightclubs or a walk in the country? How do you feel about tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, forest fires? Do you care if you spend 2 hours every day commuting to your job, or would you rather be able to bike to work, or walk? California, for one, has a lot going for it as a place to live, but would you like to live in a state that may go bankrupt any minute? Help us out here....
