Wheres the BEST place to live in the U.S.? 10 points!!?

I've been living in South Carolina/Florida (back and forth) pretty much all my life. I cant take it anymore!! The nasty humid weather... I can hardly be outside in the summer, it feels like i live in an oven! AND i freakin hate the south (southcarlolina)! There's so many racist/close-minded people here. I'm glad my mother raised me right! Whats the BEST place to live in the US to live that... snows for a change! isn't humid. suburban or urban. good schools. low crime rate. and not so expensive. ????????
