best places to live

Where is a warm, affordable city to live in? Must be in the midwest/eastern seaboard. No big cities!!?

I am a 25 year old man from Flint, MI. This past winter was dreadfully cold. I have lived in Orlando, Atlanta, and Jackson, MS. I want to live in a city that is comfortable, and racially diverse. I really do not want to live in a big city. I would prefer a city that is not too far from Interstate 75.

  1. Columbus, Ohio. Diverse people, diverse cultures and city life, and many unique traditions. The winters do get cold, but any city in the midwest is going to have a cold winter. The summers are very nice though, temperatures in the low 80s or 90s
  2. I live in San Antonio TX and it's quite warm and very diverse and though it's supposedly a big city it doesn't have that urban feel to it. I've also lived in Tulsa OK which also has lovely weather though possibly not as diverse ethnically and not quite as much to do.
  3. i think az cuz i live in california! in sacramento
  4. Raleigh, NC was just voted the best place to live in the southeast. It has lots of jobs, affordable housing and a variety of people. It has become a big tech center
