I am a single mid 30s caucasian young woman looking for a nice neighborhoods to possible relocate to in North Carolina. I like young, professional, family oriented, cool scene nearby.

I suggest that you try to visit the city you are interested in or maybe get in touch with a realtor in that area that can show or tell you the best neighborhood.
