  1. Glasgow
  2. York. Dont listen to the first answerer glasgow is a dump.
  3. Bath is beautiful and very close to Bristol, it has a wonderful university and there is a lot to do there.
  4. Bath and Bristol are close together and both have very good universities! In my opinion Bath is a much nicer place but probably more expensive to live in. Bristol is bigger and a bit easier to get to.
  5. Bristol or Bath for studying probally.
  6. Sussex is a large county i.e. a state in south East England, not a city. Bath is a town in Somerset with beautiful architecture - definitely worth a day trip. Sussex is one of the most beautiful and interesting counties in England with towns like Brighton on the English Channel coast boasting history (the Royal Pavillion) culture and entertainment. The countryside in Sussex is beautiful with the South Downs National Park covering most of the county and historic towns such as Arundel and Chichester. North of Chichester is Kingley Vale National Nature Reserve, the largest Yew tree forest in Europe and one of the most beautiful landscapes in England. Most towns in Sussex have excellent rail links to the Coast, Gatwick Airport and London www.nationalrail.co.uk For studying Sussex University near Brighton is large with an excellent reputation
