Is America the best place to live in the world or over-rated?

Obvioulsy America has a high crime rate but it offers a wide range of different areas that you can live i.e. In the Rockies for example or by the beach in Rhode Island. There is also a good standard of living. Your opinion?

1. Is definitely over-rated. There are some countries with much more life quality. And you are right - is too big to compare it with the most smaller countries in the world. Greetings from Germany ;)
2. Yes, it is still the best place to live, big,powerful, diverse. If you came from other country, you will know America is not just means higher wage or a big house( more than europe country), it has better social system, comprehensive law and regulation, welfare and more comfortable living and freedom of life style
