Which citi in cali is the best to live in money wise and fun wise?

im moving there next year but i dont wanna move to an expesive place and i want a fairly safe place. I live in wisconsin its boring i would like a place that got lots to do. thanks in advance : )

1. san diego, well try national city, and chula vista. those are cheaper and are developing. if not, try riverside, if you like dirtbike riding and all that, try riverside or IE. i love it out there.
