Best cities to live in?

Where should I live when I get older? I have an assignment in one of my classes, i have to give a summary of my life ten years from now, so i will be in my mid twenties. Some things about me: I am uber-creative, i love write, play guitar, paint, make my own style. I am also very active i love running and biking and i go to the gym often.I also love animals and i have a huge dog! I want my location to be aclectic, i want a big city, but not huge, and i dont mind the cold. I am staying within the U.S. but i want to live close to the ocean, so sorry nothing in Kansas, Or Oklahoma. So just where should i live?

1. you should live in huntington beach. SURF CITY!! your never far from the beach and the weather is so nice. you can take a run on the beach with your dog, or you can just relax. HB is the best place to live!
