What is the best place in the world to live?

I need a new environment other than the United States. I want to know what you think is the best all around place to live in the world is...

1. It really depends on what kind of weather you like. Weather has a huge impact of peoples emotions. If you like cold weather, Canada is a wonderful place. If you like warm weather, I would say somewhere in Southern Europe.

What do you like cold warm snow freezing non live able or medium temp is a big thing my dream place would be on the beach on bermuda with a glass front house overlooking the ocean with nice sunsets thats my dream home but i think if you wna tot live somewhere every temp go to the mexican deserts or las vegas cfreezing at night boiling in day.
4. SINGAPORE things about singapore that are great - lots of good shopping - has the western and asian culture in one country - lots of expats but also asians - good nightlife - lots of things to do and see - very safe!! good luck
