What is the best city to live in?

It can be anywhere in the United States. Big or small, preferably big. And why?

1. I like Tucson, Arizona. No snow, lots of outdoor activities. Good bands still come through. 45 minutes from mexico, 6 hour drive (or $59 airfare) to vegas. very laid back. house prices are very reasonable.
