Moving to go to college, need job BEST CITY?

I want to move to go to college, but I do not know where to. I am a single male, 21 years old and I want to move out of Oregon. Affordable living, community college, and jobs are the big deals. staying at home is NOT an option. Looking for a place in the US hopefully someplace hot but the weather is not the main thing. Any ideas? Not sure what I want to do after I get my AA...
