What are the best cities to live in the year 2010?

I would like to know the best places to live in 2010. Any opinions would be helpful. Anywhere in the US. I recently graduated college and would like to move somewhere the cost of living is low and is decent to raise a family. I like the big city but will settle for a medium city. I would just like opinions on the best and worse cities. Which ones are struggling and which ones are on the rise or not affected at all. I am 27 years old. Thank you

1. It all depends on excatly what you want to do. Low costs generally means that few people want to live there, which generally means no JOBS. But as we all know, jobs vary, depending on the profession or trade. Find someplace that has good opportunities for your type of work.

4. Wrong section. But Los Angeles is a gorgeous place to live in. So is Florida.
