What is the best summer sport city in the world to live in?

I love my sports, but im finding it hard to find a place in the world where it is all nearby. I surf, kite surf, rock climb, paraglide, skydive, scuba dive, sail to name some of them. What I need is a town where the beach and a high mountain is easily accesible, without driving for hours. The 2 places which I´ve found globally but don´t work for different reasons are hawaii and capetown SA. Im looking towards the north part of south america next. Any ideas are greatly accepted.

1. HI and Chicago R the best 2 options I know... but in Chicago U need 2 drive 4 climbing and a cold suit 4 scuba... If U dont mind cold, U can try AK too. I grew up there and I did it all ! Had 2 drive 4 scuba, 4 a weekends, couple of hours away, and use a cold suit 4 it, but its worth it...
