what is the best place to find aussies?

i want to buy a miniature australian shepherd puppy for $100, i live in piedmont alabama, does anyone know a breeder or a place where i can get a puppy 2 months or younger?

1. As a "mini aussie" is NOT a breed but a mis representation of a breed cause by either the breeding of runts or breeding a toy breed with a runt. There are no reputable "breeders" for this mix. Also a reputable breeder of any kind will not release a pup younger than 8 wks aka 2 mos to a new home
