First time Cincinnati State Student, best area to live?

I am 22 and have previously attended Owens Community College in Toledo. I am going to be starting school as Cincinnati State in September and have no idea where to start looking for a place. I have looked on all of the rental websites, and craigslist. I am just not sure where would be convenient to school, safe, and a reasonable price? I am looking for specific areas and maybe a couple of apartment recommendations. Thank you!
