What are the best places for a teenager to live in germany near ramstein afb?

Me and my son are moving to germany very soon and we are gonna be living just outside of Ramstein AB so i would like to know where the best places to live that has things to do for teenagers like stores, parks, Ect.

1. Weilerbach. Great stores you can walk to. Nice parks. Lots of trees. Great restaurants. Nice people many of whom speak english. Short drive to Ramstein or Vogelweh. Great festivals and parades at certain times of the year. Even a winery. Second best would be Hutschenhausen. Not as many shops but it has its ambiance. Close to the base and the folks are nice.
2. Since you say as a teen I guess you would like to have the pubs and clubs close to you. I would suggest Kaiserslautern since that is the city closest to Ramstein otherwise you will have problems to find clubs since all surroundings of Ramstein are small places and in Germany you need to be 18 to be allowed to drive a car public transport is good inside cities but not so much in rural areas
