Where is the best place to live and surf in Hawaii?

I am wanting to to stay in Hawaii for acouple months before school starts and im just trying to figure out where the best place in Hawaii would be. Where is it the least crowded breaks?

1. Well, Waikiki is my first choice to live. No matter what month it is, you should always be able to catch a great wave at Waikiki beach. Besides the place is very beautiful.
