What is the best place to live in California?

With no racism,No gangs, friendly nabors,just a calm place. With cheap/not so cheap houses or apartments. Not victorville . I live in LA >.> and LA have gangs and racism. I want out.

1. Way up north, as close to the Oregon border as you can get.
2. moorpark, california. its in southern california but it is very diverse culturally. very little crime, not too far from the beach, small and friendly town. great place to raise a family. many highly ranked schools and lots to do with in the community.
