Where is the best state to live in the united states (excluding hawaii and alaska)?

I excluded alaska and hawaii because they are way to far away. I have nothing against them. I currently live in Ohio. I mean every part of the state. Nice universities, good weather, good taxes, beaches, employment, neighbors, communities, and perferablly on the east side of the country?
