Where is the best place to live where its usually cold all year around and it snow a lot besides Alaska? where is the best place to live in the usa where its usually cold all year round and it snows a lot. either country or city setting.

1. If you want cold all year long I suggest that you volunteer for duty on a research station on the one of the polar ice caps. Anywhere else that is inhabited has at least a couple months of warm weather.
2. It depends on what you want out of where you live ..Like if you want to live near a big city or out in the country
3. in the usa, western montana or northwest wyoming i would recommend. alaska rules though
4. Alaska and upper Canada area. If you really want mostly cold, live above the artic circle. I love cold weather myself.
5. You will not find a place where is is cold all year around.On top of mount washington in New Hampshire.Caribou ,Maine up near the border of Canada.
