best places to open a hotel in florida today?

i am an investor from the north and im looking to move to florida and go into the hotel business. where in florida right now are the best places to buy a hotel? how is the hotel business these days? we are looking in the area of anywhere from orlando to daytona to fort lauderdale if that helps..any info you would like to add is appreciated

1. As you know Florida is in some serious economic turmoil. The two areas of Florida that seem to be weathering the storm are Palm Coast and Jupiter/Stewart Florida. Those areas seem to be the newest "hot spots" in Florida. I would not touch Daytona with a ten foot pole. It has been on the decline over the last decade.
