whats the best place to live in north carolina for a young family?

thinking about relocating to north carolina but not sure which area would be best for our family.. we would ike smewhere where there are diverse people and a friendly enviroment with lots to do.

1. Cary, Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel Hill.Everytime I name a place, I think of another equally nice place. Face it, this is a beautiful state.
