What is the best place to live in Pune for a family?

My wife and myself are moving to Pune with our jobs. Our workplace would in Hinjewadi IT Park. We are looking for a place to live which has all the basic and leisure amenities around or close by yet not making our way to office too long. Which areas in Pune will suit our requirements? Any assistance or suggestions would be appreciated.

1. considering that you will be working in hinjewadi the best place would be aundh and baner.. if u dont mind travelling a lot to work and budget is not a constraint then koregoan park is the best area to be in
2. Pashan , Balewadi, Baner are good areas to be in. If you have your own vehicle then city area like Pimpri-Chinchwad or Aundh are good, too. Shopping, educational institutes are available in this area. Go for properties on offer from reputed construction companies only.
