best places to raise a family and live in ARIZONA?

i'm moving to arizona in about 6 month's, what are some nice places to live and raise a family ? the big cities are out of the question like pheonix and tucson

1. Have u seen the movie raising ARIZONA. (Nicolas Cage) Self explanatory. Too hot Too dangerous. But it will be the host of Super Bowl XLll
2. Try Flagstaff a reasonably good place to live with a good hospital-really important in AZ - a decent school system w/ a community college and a university in town. Nice [albeit cold ]weather - it snows in winter and never ever gets Hot in summer , access's to two Interstate Highways I-17 & I-40 and if your willing to pay for it scheduled air service into Phoenix-also really important in AZ It really is a question of how rural an environment your life style can stand. There are places in AZ along what is called theArizona Strip that the US government still classifies as fronteir - less than 20 people per square mile
