What are some of the best places to live in America?

I am looking for a place with natural beauty, culture, friendly people, lots of things to do if you are in your twenties and thirties, music, dance, fairly low crime...

2. born and raised in so cal where it never rains but I been to south florida I would say both places are great. Has everything you are looking for, You decide.
3. •New Orleans has tons of jazz and music. • Hmm. Alabama and Georgia both have nice scnenery and beauty. Not much crime that I know of. The people are wonderful here, really nice! But Georgia has loads of things to do! • Those are just my favorite. Ha
